Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders promptly to ensure quick delivery. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us before 3:00 PM PST (California Time) on the same day of purchase. Reach out via:

Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we offer shipping within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
We provide free shipping on orders of 6 boxes or more. Orders containing fewer than 6 boxes will incur a standard shipping fee of $5.99.
What should I do if my order was shipped to the wrong address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at cleancare@skinix25.com or call 833-626-2649 #0. Please verify your shipping address before finalizing your order, as we cannot change the address once the order has been shipped.
