Skinix25 Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day hassle-free return policy with free return shipping. This means you have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

  • General Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—with all original tags and packaging intact—and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Multi-Pouch Products: For items packaged as a box of 10 individually sealed pouches, you may return any unused and unopened pouches. Refunds will be calculated on a per-pouch basis using the purchase price per pouch (if purchased on sale, the sale price applies).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email cleancare@skinix25.com within 60 days of receiving your item.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Important: Items sent back without first obtaining a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at cleancare@skinix25.com so we can evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and specific reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Promotional or Free Items: Items received as part of a promotional offer, giveaway, or free gift.
  • Damaged or Contaminated Due to Customer Mishandling: Products that have been physically damaged, improperly stored, or contaminated after delivery.
  • Final Sale or Clearance Items: Products purchased on a final sale, clearance, or deeply discounted promotion.
  • Other Non-Returnable Items: This includes perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases), sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive what you want, return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds & Store Credit

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you may choose between:

  • Full Refund: A refund to your original payment method (calculated on a per-unit basis for multi-pouch returns), or
  • Store Credit: Store credit with an extra 10% bonus for your next purchase.

Refunds to your original payment method will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days pass after we approve your return, please contact us at cleancare@skinix25.com.
